About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant with SM Bespoke Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease to remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own homes.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs, helping with daily living activities while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing. Building trusting relationships with clients and their families is an important part of this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Providing personal care and support
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Supporting medication routines where required
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and social engagement
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Access to their own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidates.
